  • Either login to your OnePageCRM account or create a newaccount.
  • Once you’re logged in, you can click on profile image icon on top right corner of navbar. From there, click “Account”.
  • You can create Access Token from this Link
  • Give a name for your token, select these scope data.records:readdata.records:write and schema.bases:read  by clicking Add a scope .

By clicking on Create Token, the token will be created.

Copy this key to your clipboard and enter it on the Everest Forms > Settings > Integration > Airtable. Then, click on Connect to Airtable.

It will then be connected to the Everest Forms. If you want to disconnect this app, you can click on the Disconnect button on the far right.

Similarly, you can add multiple connections.

Connect Airtable to your contact forms  #

Once you have connected the Airtable to the Everest Forms settings, you need to create a form to connect it to the Airtable Schema. You can connect your existing forms as well. To do this, go to the following location:

All Forms > Choose a Form > Integration > OnePageCRM
  • Click on Add New Connection.
  • Provide a nickname for the connection.
  • Now, you have to choose the Account, Base, Schema, and map the form fields as required.
  • Click on Save.

How to use conditional logic for Airtable connections? #

To use conditional logic, enable the option by ticking the ‘Use Conditional Logic’ option at the bottom of every connection you make.

In the above example, the form sends data to the Airtable account only if the Name is ‘Everest’.
