AWeber and Everest Forms can be integrated to allow subscribers to be added to your list directly through an Everest Forms form. This documentation will guide you through the process of integrating these two services.
Installation #
- Go to Everest Forms > Add-ons > Modules.
- Search for ‘AWeber’ and activate it.
Please note that you need Everest Forms Pro installed and activated in your site to use this.
Configuration #
Once you have activated the AWeber, follow the steps below to configure it so that you can send data to the desired lists.
- Go to Everest Forms > Settings > Integration > AWeber.
- Click on the Settings button.
Generating AWeber Client ID #
You will need the AWeber Client ID to get the access code. To generate the Client ID, follow the steps below.
- Log in to your AWeber Developer Account.
- Go to My Apps and Create a new app.
- While creating the app, make sure the following things are correct.
- Client Type: Confidential
- OAuth Redirect URL: https://yoursuite.com/wp-admin/?evf_aweber_auth=1
- Click on Create App. You will then get the Client ID.
- Copy this Client ID to a clipboard.
Integrating AWeber with Everest Forms #
- Go to Everest Forms > Settings > Integration > AWeber.
- Enter the Client ID and click on the Get Access Code.
- Add the access code and Client Secret(from your app in the AWeber account).
- Click on Connect to AWeber.
You can disconnect the current connection or also add multiple connections.
Sending data from Everest Forms to AWeber #
Once you have successfully connected your AWeber account to the Everest Forms, follow the steps below to send data to the AWeber.
- Go to Everest Forms > All Forms.
- Choose the desired form and click on Edit.
- Go to the Integrations > AWeber.
- Click on Add New Connection.
- Provide the connection name and click on the OK button.
- Now, you can map the form fields to the AWeber list.
Using Conditional Logic
Use Conditional Logic: You may want users to subscribe to AWeber only if they fill certain fields with certain values. For example, in the above case (see image above), the users will only be added to the Active Campaign list if they enter Jack in the First Name input.
