Step by step documentation to set up a form for your website.

OnePage CRM

Connect your Everest Forms data to your OnePage CRM accounts. Use OnePage CRM API to link Everest Forms with OnePage CRM, syncing your website’s form submissions with OnePage CRM contacts or leads.

Installation #

  1. Firstly, you need to purchase the Everest Forms Pro plugin.
  2. After the successful purchase, you can activate the module from EverestForms > Addons > All Features > All Modules.
  3. Search OnePageCRM add-on and install it.

Setup and Configuration #

Once you have activated the OnePageCRM integration, go to Everest Forms > Settings > Integration > OnePageCRM and click on the settings button. This will take you to the configuration screen for the OnePageCRM integration.

You will get to the following screen after you click on settings icon.

Getting the OnePageCRM API Key #

Once you click on API, you will see the below interface. Click on the Configuration tab. You will see details of the Endpoint, User ID, and API Key. Also, click on Show API Key.

Copy this key to your clipboard and enter it on the Everest Forms > Settings > Integration > OnePageCRM. Then, click on Connect to OnePageCRM.

You will then get an access token. Use this token to connect to the Everest Forms.

It will then be connected to the Everest Forms. If you want to disconnect this app, you can click on the Disconnect button on the far right.

Similarly, you can add multiple connections.

Connect OnePageCRM to your contact forms #

Once you have connected the OnePageCRM to the Everest Forms settings, you need to create a form to connect it to the OnePageCRM . You can connect your existing forms as well. To do this, go to the following location:

All Forms > Choose a Form > Integration > OnePageCRM
  • Click on Add New Connection.
  • Provide a nickname for the connection.
  • Now, you have to choose the account, services, company, contact status, contact lead source, and map the form fields as required.
  • Click on Save.

Also, you can map the custom fields with the form fields.

How to use conditional logic for OnePageCRM connections? #

To use conditional logic, enable the option by ticking the ‘Use Conditional Logic’ option at the bottom of every connection you make.

In the above example, the form sends data to the OnePageCRM account only if the First Name is ‘Everest’.
