The new Payment Gateway field lets you enable multiple payment options in one place, including Stripe, PayPal, Mollie, Authorize.Net, Square, and Razorpay. This allows users to choose their preferred payment method and pay the amount configured in your form.

For Razorpay payments, the Everest Forms add-on allows you to seamlessly integrate the Indian payment gateway into your forms. Start taking payments via credit/debit card, net banking, or popular Indian mobile wallets today. Integrate the Everest Forms payment module with Razorpay using this add-on—quickly, securely, and with complete confidence in transaction safety.

Installation #

Installation of the Everest form RazorPay addon requires the following steps:

1. First, you will be required to purchase the Everest Forms pro plugin.
2. Once your purchase is verified, the plugin zip file will be made available to you on your WPEverest account page.
3. Next, download the Everest form pro plugin zip as well as the RazorPay addon from your WPEverest account page
4. Then, you will be required to Install the Everest pro plugin and the RazorPay addon through your WordPress admin dashboard. To do this, visit Plugins → Add new → Upload and then choose the downloaded zip files. Once the plugins have been installed, activate them and your addon should be enabled on your website.

Setup and Configuration #

For API Keys:

• Go To RazorPay.
• If you have an account, log in, else, signup.

• Click on Settings on the left-hand side of the screen.

• Click on API Keys.
• Click on Generate Test Key.
• The Client Id and Secret Key will appear. Copy these keys and click on OK.
  Note: The Secret Key will only be shown once. Therefore, it is recommended to download the keys.

Integrating RazorPay API with Everest Forms #

To make sure the RazorPay addon and the Payments options work perfectly on your website, we suggest you tune its settings to fit your forms better. To open the Payments settings, visit Everest Forms → Settings through your admin sidebar. Next, click on the Payments → Payment Method section inside payments settings.

Once you’ve installed and activated the add-on, you’ll need to enable Razorpay integration within Everest Forms. To complete the setup, you must use your Razorpay account credentials. Follow the steps above to obtain your API keys.

In the Razorpay settings, enter your Publishable Key and Secret Key in the designated fields. If you’d like to test the payment flow before going live, you can use the test keys provided by Razorpay.

To enable testing, simply turn on the Enable Test Mode option. In test mode, you can use your Razorpay test credentials to simulate transactions. You can also refer to the official documentation to learn more about test keys and access sample test credit card details for validation.

Hit the Save Changes button when you complete the settings

Add RazorPay to Your Form #

Go to Everest Forms → All Forms and open the form you want to accept RazorPay payments on (or create a new form).

1. In the form builder, open Fields → Payment Fields.
2. Drag the Payment Gateway field onto your form.
3. Click the Payment Gateway field to open its settings on the left.
4. In the Gateways section, make sure the RazorPay toggle is turned on.

When a visitor selects Razorpay and submits the form, they are redirected to Razorpay to complete the payment. After a successful transaction, they are returned to your site and the payment is logged under Everest Forms → Entries.

Add what you’re charging for

Set the price on a single item. You can customize it even further by changing its features. Choose between Field to fit your payment forms better

Field	Use it when…
Single Item	You’re selling one product or service at a fixed price
Single Item (User Defined)	You want visitors to enter their own amount — great for donations
Multiple Choice	Visitors pick one option from a list (e.g. Small, Medium, Large)
Checkbox	Visitors can select more than one item at the same time
Subscription Plan	Visitors choose a recurring billing plan (monthly, yearly, etc.)
Total	Shows the running total of everything selected — always add this for multi-item forms

Accepting a One-Time Payment #

For a simple payment form — like selling a product or accepting a donation — here’s all you need:

1. Add the Payment Gateway field and make sure RazorPay is turned on.
2. Add a Single Item field and set your price.
3. Add a Total field so visitors can see what they’ll be charged.
4. Add an Email field — RazorPay needs an email to send the payment receipt.
5. After clicking Save, copy the generated shortcode and embed it in an existing or newly created page or post.

When a visitor selects RazorPay and submits the form, they enter their card details on the form and are charged immediately. You'll see the payment in your RazorPay Dashboard and under Everest Forms → Entries.

Accepting Recurring Payments (Subscriptions) #

Use this if you want to charge visitors automatically on a schedule — for example, every month or every year.

The Subscription Plan field lets visitors choose between different plans — for example, Monthly vs Annual.

• For RazorPay subscription payments, add the Payment Gateway field to the form and ensure that RazorPay is enabled.
• Then, in the form builder, go to Fields → Payment Fields and drag Subscription Plan into your form.
• Click the field to open its settings. By default it has 3 plan options — edit the label and price for each.
• To add more plans click the + button; to remove one click the x button.
• To pre-select a plan, click the circle next to that option.
• To add product images to each plan, turn on Use image choices and upload an image per plan.

Add a trial period #

You can let new subscribers try your service for free before their first charge.

1. Click the Subscription Plan field to open its settings.
2. Turn on Enable Trial Period.
3. Set the length — days, weeks, months, or years.

Add an expiry date #

If your subscription should stop automatically on a specific date, turn on Enable Expiry Date and pick the date from the calendar.

Finishing Up #

1. Click Save in the top right of the form builder.
2. Embed the form directly into a page:
   • Existing page — open the page, paste the shortcode where you want the form to appear, and update the page.
   • New page — create a new page, paste the shortcode, and publish it.
3. Alternatively, copy the shortcode located beside the Save button, then add a Shortcode block to any page and paste the shortcode into that block.
