Square

Installation #

1. Firstly, you need to purchase the Everest Forms Pro plugin.
2. After the successful purchase, you will get the plugin zip file under your WPEverest account page.
3. Now, you can download the Everest Forms Pro from there.
4. Through your WordPress Dashboard, visit Plugins -> Add New -> Upload and then choose the downloaded zip file, and then install and activate it.
5. Now go to Everest Forms > Add-ons > All Features.
6. Search for the Square add-on and install it.

Configuration #

To integrate Square with the Everest Forms, you will need to have an Application ID, Access Token, and Location ID from your Square account.

Generating an Application ID, Access Token, and Location ID #

• Go to https://developer.squareup.com.
• Log in or sign up to a developer account.
• Open an application. If you don’t have an application, you can create one on the Applications page.
• In the left pane, choose Credentials.
• To get your Production Access token and Application ID:
  • At the top of the page, choose Production
  • .In the Production Access token box, choose Show and copy your token.
• To get your Sandbox Access token and Application ID:
  • At the top of the page, choose Sandbox.
  • In the Sandbox Access token box, choose Show and copy your token.

• To get your Location ID:
  • In the left panel, go to Locations.
  • Here, you can find the Location ID for the Sandbox and Production modes.

• Copy all of these credentials to a clipboard.

Integrating Square to Everest Forms #

• Go to Everest Forms > Settings > Payment > Square Settings.

• Enter the required credentials.
• Click on Save Changes.

Note: To process real payments on your published form, make sure you've disabled the Test Mode setting in Everest Forms.

Enable Square payment on Forms #

• Go to Everest Forms > All Forms.
• Choose a form to edit or create a new form by clicking Add New.
• Inset payment fields on the form as per your requirement.
• Go to Payments > Square.
• Enable Square payment.

You can now accept the Square payments via the form you have created.
