It will then be connected to the Everest Forms. If you want to disconnect this app, you can click on the Disconnect button on the far right.

Similarly, you can add multiple connections.

Connect Trello to your contact forms #

Once you have connected the Trello to the Everest Forms settings, you need to create a form to connect it to the Trello. You can connect your existing forms as well. For this, go to the following location.

All Forms > Choose a Form > Integration > Trello
  • Click on Add New Connection.
  • Provide a nickname for the connection.
  • Now, you have to choose the account, Trello configuration, Board List, Board Label, Board Member, and map the form fields as required.
  • Click on Save.

How to use conditional logic for Trelo connections? #

To use conditional logic, enable the option by ticking the ‘Use Conditional Logic’ option at the bottom of every connection you make.

In the above example, the form sends data to the Trello account only if the First Name is ‘Everest’.
