Step by step documentation to set up a form for your website.


With WooCommerce for Everest Forms, you can add personalized form fields to the WooCommerce product page on your website.

Installation #

  1. Firstly, you need to purchase the Everest Forms Pro plugin.
  2. After the successful purchase, you will get the plugin zip file under your WPEverest account page.
  3. Now, you can download the Everest Forms Pro from there.
  4. Through your WordPress Dashboard, visit Plugins -> Add New -> Upload and then choose the downloaded zip file and then install and activate it.
  5. Now go to Everest Forms > Add-ons > All Features.
  6. Search WooCommerce add-on and install it.
This add-on required WooCommerce plugin to be installed and activated.

Setup and Configuration #

Once you have activated the WooCommerce for Everest Forms add-on, follow the steps below.

  • Go to Products > Add New.
  • Provide the necessary details about the product as per the requirements.
  • On the Product Details box, click on the Everest Forms tab.

From here, you will be able to choose the forms created with the Everest Forms plugin.

After you select the desired form, you can map the form fields to suit your needs.

That is all. You can now click the ‘Update’ button to save the changes.

Now, whenever a user views the product, they will be able to fill in the data you have selected. This should be done before adding the product to the cart.
